Opened on September 30th, 2016, Ayla Golf Club is a new 18 hole championship golf facility in Aqaba, Jordan. Ayla Golf Club is designed by Greg Norman and the club features an 18 hole championship golf course, as well as a fully flood lit 9 hole Academy Par 3 course. With extensive practice facilities which feature the latest in golf enhancing technology, the Club will satisfy any golfer’s dream.

From 3rd April 2018, the state-of-the-art Academy Clubhouse opened for the first time, offering one swing studio, one putting studio, boutique pro shop, changing facilities and Silica all-day-dining restaurant.

Since opening its doors, Ayla Golf Club has been host to a number of prestigious golfing events within the region, such as Jordan’s Ayla Golf Championship (MENA Golf Tour) and Pan Arab Men’s Amateur Golf Championship in 2017.

From 2019-2020 Ayla established itself as a main partner for the new look MENA Professional Golf Tour, as 120 players compete in the now known ‘Journey to Jordan’ series. In April 2019, Ayla Golf Club became proud host to the ‘world’s first’ ever – Jordan Mixed Open. An event which united three diverse professional tours; European Challenge, Senior Staysure & Ladies Tour – all competing for the same prize, promoting gender equality for the first time in the sports history.
